Well, on 1 January Fair Work Australia extended its' jurisdiction to hear bullying claims from any worker in Australia. In the first month only 44 applications for a cease-bullying-order were made, but the Commissioner stresses that January is historically a very quiet month for FWA. This looks like an area PI can extend into as employers want to be seen to take ALL reasonable steps in eradicating, and what could be more reasonable than an external investigator.
